My husband and I stayed for a month. We're on a very tight budget but we were very happy with the customer service! The rooms are on the small side but it was clean and housekeeping/employees were very helpful. We stayed with our cat. We requested a smoking room and they put us on the back of the building which was nice and quiet. The only complaints were the snacks in the snack machine were expired, it's $2 to wash or dry a load of laundry. It takes at least 2 times to dry a load and currently only 1 dryer works. Also, it's a very rural area but there's a truck stop, a restaurant and a couple of fast food restaurants that you can walk to. The closest pharmacy is 45 minutes away.

Stayed June 10, 2024 for 1 night which was more than enough. We got 2 rooms for 8 people. Inexpensive is the best part of the stay. My room was slightly dirty in the bathroom and floors. The other room however had dirt and hair on the beds as if someone had already slept in it and then pulled the sheets up, mold and large cracks in the shower, the floors were filthy too. Not many options to stay in this town and we were tired so they just slept on top of the sheets and we hit the road very early so we could all take showers at our final destination. The pool was not functioning which upset the kids, but given the state of the room I wouldn’t have let them swim anyways. Plus, one of the other guests were outside in the walkway talking very loudly at 2 AM and when we woke up there was a very large puddle of pee to walk around that was more likely to have been from a human than an animal. The WiFi was pretty slow as well. Also, the gentleman behind the counter was friendly, but not very professional. If you’re looking for very cheap accommodations, this place is for you but you get what you pay for I guess. There is a Dunkin Doughnuts and Subway across the street, but the restaurant was out of 1/2 their menu when we tried to eat dinner at 6pm so they recommended we eat elsewhere. Will definitely look at staying in a different town next time we come through this way.

Wells is a very small town. I travel with a pet needed a room. Checked in with a very pleasant man. Went to the room found a wet wash cloth in the towel stack. Immediately threw it on the floor. The pillows had no pillow protection, were flat and filthy dirty. I travel with pillows so off the bed and took mine out. I did check to make sure the sheets looked clean. I slept very good with my pillows. The cleaning needs to be better. As I left town I drove by a casino/girls club...wondering if they rent rooms by the hour? Just wondering?

I desperately needed a place to crash for the night after driving for 12 hours. This was the cheapest place I could find as I am traveling on a very tight budget. But COME ON....this place is just NASTY 🤢 First thing I noticed in the room was the dead bugs all over the windowsill, and the TV remote was absolutely filthy. Before getting to my room, I had an uncomfortable experience with the man at the front desk while I was checking in. He gave me the creeps, openly hitting on me, a women traveling alone....thank God I have my dog with me and was able to park my car right outside my room. I will be getting the heck outta here as soon as the sun rises and I can hit the road. Most unpleasant hotel experience of my life. Do better people😓

Stayed one night, driving a uhaul and car dolly from Idaho to Vegas. The room was very old, dirty and in need of serious maintenance. The beds were very hard, (firm) good for my back but couldn't say the same for my son. All and all beats sleeping in the truck. $90 +tax. At least have it clean.
