Our experience at this McDonald's was the lowest point of an 8-day vacation to Utah/Nevada. We had a question about a special fries offer that was advertised outside. The manager was in the lobby but wouldn't talk to us. Finally she said that she was busy and that we'd have to use their kiosk. We are 79 and 80 years old and even though we go to McDonalds often, we've never used the kiosks because we usually have questions or coupons. There was a sign saying that employees would help folks like us with the kiosks. Fair enough. But she said that she was too busy waiting on drive-through customers to help us, even though we were there before any drive-through customers. Then she turned her back to us and refused to talk to us further. We left. This all happened while others in the restaurant watched. Very embarrassing. We can't answer the questions asked here because we weren't waited on, but we have to choose answers or our posting will not be accepted (?).

Fast Service! Did the automated order and received such order fairly quickly. The place wasn't too busy during my visit. A bit pricey but then it's understandable due to location, everything has to shipped. This restaurant is located within Love's so you can fuel, grab other things you need from the truck stop while waiting for your order.

Ordered through the mobile app and picked up curb side. The order took awhile to get, but food was fresh and good. A nice stop for a break because there isn't much else in the area.

I would leave no stars. They are not open 24 hours like they said.employee Inside said they would be open in 35 minutes. Which was a lie. Then they said it would be 15 minutes. The next time I asked they said it would another 20 minutes. So now have waited all this time for nothing. Thanks alot for the rotten service
