Losers don’t know how to run a transit schedule. Add an extra hour to whatever your commute estimate says cause out of nowhere buses disappear, don’t stop for you clearly waiting, unreasonable delays at any moment. Also the complicity of allowing open air drug markets and gang members to rob people freely is insane behavior that has been allowed.
Elevator smelled like pee. If you don’t know what the loop is, it can be confusing as to which train to take.
Please stick to the train schedules!!! Lately my commute has been so messed up with the trains not leaving when they’re suppose to. It’ll say less than 1 minute but leave in 5-10 minutes. I’ve been late to school and work, and missed other trains countless times because of this. I don’t experience this at any other station, so please actually follow the schedules!
I've used this station all my life and it's great since i use it to go home from school, to Ford city, Cicero to visit my best friend or to the loop and back but they need better security outside as well. Had a man in all black approach me on Sunday in broad daylight to ask if he could borrow my ventra to get on the train to the loop, I don't use ventra cards as I got it on my phone so I told him no I don't have one and he walked away. I was worried he would want to snatch my phone or wallet since the outside was merely empty except for a few empty busses and a bus driver behind me on the phone.
My favorite of CTA routes in Chicago. So conveniently connected to Midway airport and city points. Clean, safe, friendly, comfortable transit station. Also interchange for PACE buses to South Suburbs. Ventra card machines, station attendants, Dunkin Donuts and a friendly Convenience store manager!
