Absolutely love this place! Located in the heart of Downtown Fort Stockton, this coffee shop does not disappoint! Great menu selection, kind welcoming staff, and even better prices! Perfect place to stop and relax before or after a trip to Big Bend. Definitely recommend to all travelers, you will not be disappointed!
Stayed in Ft. Stockton for a night while traveling back home from Big Bend Ranch State Park & Big Bend NP. Super cute area with lots of cool souvenirs & gifts. I love my spicy food & spices so HAD to get the habanero seasoning. Our drinks were both SUPER delicious! I had a Mexican hot chocolate, wife had a Salted Caramel Mocha Frappe, she said "it was beyond delicious" Lol (which it was, I had my fair share of it too). Also had a cherry cream cheese pastry & then a stuffed cinnamon rasion streusel pastry, everything was amazing. After we ate in the car, I had to go back inside to thank the lady again. 😆 🤣 They have sandwiches, pastries, milkshakes, smoothies, ice cream floats, frappe's, lotus energy drinks, drip coffee, cold/hot tea, Boba, espresso, local brews, blue bell ice cream, & tons of flavor add-ins!!
Traveling in West Texas, there aren’t a whole lot of coffee shops per square mile, and when you find one, you never know what you will get for quality. I was thankful to find a decent espresso, and when paired with half the amount of milk in one of Mesquite Tree’s regular cappuccinos, it made for a pleasant drink. Blue Bell ice cream. Ordered an Iced Caramel latte (extra espresso) & it was a well deserved 5 star rating. The barista was super friendly & sweet. Would highly recommend stopping for espresso if your in the area, you wont be disappointed.
If you are driving through Fort Stockton, do yourself a favor and make a quick stop at Mesquite Tree. We ordered a coconut milk tea with blueberry boba, a toffee nut mudslide frappe, and a mocha iced coffee. They all tasted great. Coffee, tea, ice cream, paninis, in a cute coffee gift shop where you could browse and pick up a unique gift as well.
