I have been to this Fort Stockton McCoys location many times and each time I’ve left with terrible customer service from the cashiers. You got that one Efren on his phone with his back turned as if he doesn’t want to cash anybody out or “work”. Then the aggressively rude one named Cynda. She has a really bad attitude. Doesn’t know where anything in the store is when I ask. Got super rude when I returned with a yellow ticket that had the incorrect amount of lumber I needed. She always smells like marijuana too. This wasn’t the first time that she acted this way. I am very surprised this behavior is still being “tolerated” at this store. Worst cashier I encountered so far.

We went in to buy 4×4 & got them on sale and top it off we got free pallets for home projects. We'll definitely go again & saved us a trip to Odessa very friendly staff

It is a hit or miss to find what you are looking for here. The price is higher than what you will find at Lowe's or Home Depot. Also there are only a few staff member that are nice, the others are rude.

Glad it's here but the help in the store always make you feel like your a nuisance the guts in the back ate prompt tho

My husband said this store was really nice when he went to pick up something here. Said it was clean, and the stocker helped him find what he was looking for. Without having to walk all over the store with his prosthetic leg! (Like a "different building supply store" in town did) We will come here for any other needs for our home. Thanks!
