This was the first McDonald’s, or any fast food restaurant, that I have been to in a long time where everyone working there made it a point to smile and say hello. The whole place was clean, the food was fresh and the employees were polite and genuinely nice. It was refreshing. They also had this table that when you touch a spot on it, it will light up and change colors. I’m including a video of it. I hadn’t seen one like it before. I’m guessing it was to entertain children but even my boyfriend and I thought it was great.

I visited the store in knob noster missouri this morning. Had my best meal from McDonald's I have ever had. Everything was in the package except the butter. I travel a lot. I eat a lot at McDonald's. And things are always missing when you get down the road. Today's meal had an exceptional size of egg, sausage with perfect, hash brown was perfect. Proud of your people at Knob Noster. I will be back... I also like that the order taker was bilingual. The fellow behind me we Spanish speaking. I graduated in Knob in 1965. Am glad you folks make my little town a welcome stop for the traveler...

First time in about 5 visits my order was correct! Perhaps some training was conducted and is paying off? Fries are nice and salty today and still taste a little cardboard as McDonald’s fries do (my opinion). They are also a little mixed of overcooked and flimsy, as if they are not shaken when they are suppose to while frying. Beef patty looks like it’s on the line of undercooked to fully cooked. Nuggets are good as one expects.

Ordered a Large Caramel Frappe and a breakfast burrito. Frappe was all over the cup, all over my hand and all over my car. A sticky mess. And the cup wasn't filled up all the way when they handed it to me. Breakfast burrito was very cold and tasted still partially frozen. Guy working the window was very aggressive.

Went through the drive thru, the person taking my order was nice and so was the cashier. We ordered 40 nuggets 3 large fries with ranch and Ketchup, also a shamrock mcflurry . Waited 15 minutes at 3:05 pm, the manager had an attitude about number of nuggets. We only got 5 Ranch instead of 8 and only 2 large fries. I live 20 minutes away or I would have went back. Also 4 cars were ahead of me waiting for their orders and they just kept parking people to the side. I spent $50.00 + and no customer appreciation from the manager... never going back.
