Order my pizza's by phone at 17:10 hrs by some computer who took my order. Got my name wrong and told me to be there at 17:29 hrs. Arrived at 17:33 Pizza's not done told 6 to 8 min stood there for another 13 mins Personnel in back just standing and could not tell my order was ready which I got at 17:45. after asking the the cashier if it was ready who then brought it to me. Was told that the computer doesn't get the time right when you order. MAYBE YOU SHOULD FIX THAT. Very poor customer service except for the cashier.

Good place. Though a cashier today was so rude. I was trying to help to make it easier of doing a separate transaction on doing my winnings tickets I bought to have it easier and less confusing. While I buy a bottled water case 18 pk. And gave me attitude and embarrassed me in front of a line of people. Cashier had a high pitched voice and had a attitude. And I was calm and nice the intire whole time too. I'm very angry from that. Cuz I was only trying to help to make it less confusing. Big complaint.

I don't know if it's because the location is in a small town (Knob Noster), but they seem to always be understaffed. The bakery case is always empty. The kitchen is always extremely slow. The store inside and out is usually dirty. I love Casey's, but this location is the worst I have ever been to.

I feel obligated to make posts not just to advise potential customers of the service they can expect, but maybe someone in the corporate office will see this and drive the needed change. The critical area of improvement are: - outside/inside appearance, including the bathrooms, are incredibly filthy to the point that I need new shoes from just walking on the floor. - Store cannot maintain the basic items/upkeep that defines a convenience store (i.e., broken soda machines, limited donuts, no boxes/bags to take them home, broken cash register) - As for the pizza, it lacks the quality the once defined Casey’s. I’ll say, though, that I’m not sure if this is specific to this store or if it’s regional. I don’t usually write reviews; however, I’m aware that identifying issues is essential to bringing about the needed change. As a consumer, I’ll for go the convenience this store fails to achieve and head to Warrensburg.
