See my photos of the feedback I sent to the McDonald's we just visited in Susanville CA. They did a poor job with our meals. It should have been better. I'm pretty sure restaurants still have heat lamps to keep food warm until the order is ready to go out to the customers. The food would have been much better had it been hot, or even very warm. Overall, I'm not opposed to McDonald's. I would just like it to be hot.

The food is not assembled correctly, grease on buns, and packaging. The chicken nuggets were not completely cooked. New fries on top of old fries when served. We were here for over an hour, and no one checked the lobby or restrooms. There apparently there is more focus on labor costs, and times then customer service. Most evenings when you come by the restaurant all the exterior lights, including the sign is off, the store looks closed! The AG Dillon was very helpful in resolving our issues.

McDonald's is our number one fast food place to eat. The food is always hot and, if not fresh, really close to it. We have never had a problem at any of their locations.

SO GOOD! This is what I want when I’m craving McDonald’s. The food was cooked and assembled to PERFECTION. 2 thumbs up to the cook! Also the guy that took my order was so polite, really nice and very accurate. He took my order and repeated back with ease.

It's McDonald's, not Gordon Ramsay. But, for them, the food was good. I go for the Coke and it's very good. This place was no exception and the service was great! The fries were hot! Wonderful!
