Went to place an order and the AI got it completely wrong. Went to the first window to have the young lady fix it, upon fixing it a manager (I’m assuming, maroon shirt) comes up not to help the young employee fix it but to verbally berate her in front of me. Only ended up making the situation worse. Order was still wrong, had to go back and order the food that wasn’t added. AI ordering system was the problem, but the support staff not supporting is a disgrace. I can only imagine how toxic of a work environment this is if this is how an employee was treated in front of my face, what’s going on behind closed doors?

I ordered 2 of the same sandwich and I get NOT my order. Could return, but not worth hassle. If they would pay their employees and not the CEO, they might get good workers.

I’ve have never had a good experience at this location, everytime I come here the employees are rude and disrespectful. They are allaying messing up my order or over charging me. I do not recommend this location.

Food was actually hot and good. Don't eat at McDonald's often due to the usual lack of quality. This one is the exception, clean restaurant, solid food

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever had; how does one mess up a sausage biscuit? Biscuit must’ve been 2 days old- hard as a rock and I got it around 6 am (I’d almost understand if I got it at noon).
