345pm and every table in the lobby was dirty. Restroom was filthy. There were more than enough workers to have someone wipe down tables. I ordered a fish with extra tartar sauce. The box had the specialty tag on it, but there was hardly any sauce. They make you spend $0.30 for them to put enough sauce to make the sandwich edible. Then they don't even give you the extra that you paid for. This site is getting worse on a daily basis. Ice cream machine was down again. This is becoming the norm. I am done with this location. I will not return.
I placed a mobile order and paid, upon arrival the order is gone and says its been picked up. I go inside and wait for a good 5 minutes and never got helped. I finally ask a worker for help and she rolls her eyes at me and says "what". I explain my problem and she does nothing. Another worker Josh overheard and came over, I reexplained it to him and he said I need to check my email and it'll say it's pending payment. I check and it says nothing of the sort. He freezes. Says the same thing over and over. I show him my app, email, and Cashapp and it's all showing it went through. Nothing he says is adding up. Eventually he says the only way I can get the food is to reorder and pay again. I say I'm just gonna go to Culver's and he says "that's fine with me". So even after paying I left with nothing, I'm assuming this location is stealing our food and eating it and getting away with it.when I did ask for a manager he kinda smirked and said "I'm the manager"
It took a bit but everything was fresh. As of all McDonald's the price is pricy for McDonald's. We also enjoyed how the workers tried to work together and spoke to each other. Very clean place and spacious for you who don't like sitting too close as some have tables to close to each other. Also many choices of seating.
As two former restaurant consultants turn truck drivers (I know what you're thinking how did that happen:-) we're usually not very happy with most of the places we go and eat at but this store has a Tanya at the helm and I can tell you when you have a Tanya (nighttime manager) Running things you're going to have a clean store staff that respect their manager and follow her leadership and customer service that's top shelf! We loved our experience so much that we asked to meet the manager And Tanya appeared! She was friendly had a great personality and was truly herself when we talked no phony acting or anything like that she truly was responsible for our great experience. We will be back!
This McDonald's has to be the worst ever. I pay at the kiosk at 1209 and finally get my food after complaining multiple times at 1249. How long can a small fry and 2 double cheeseburgers actually take. The older lady that was working acted and seemed annoyed when she had to help people at the counter. Her facial expressions told the whole story. This is not the first bad experience I've had here. They would benefit from different management for sure. There is only a couple people there that you can talk to as well, unless of course you speak and understand Spanish which I do not. Fix this location it's terrible!!
