I came in yesterday at around 7am and I placed my order at the drive thru. There were 2 young gentlemen who took my order. I asked them to put there name on my receipt so I could do a review. These very well mannered, respectful and polite gentleman was absolutely amazing. I want to thank you for your excellent customer service and your parents should be very proud. They went above and beyond. I hate that I lost my receipt I believe one of there names was Kyle. But thank you so very much.

I got a combo meal for lunch thru the drive thru. The drive thru attendent checked my bag for accuracy and handed it to me. I drove off. Looked in my bag and no nuggets. I had to turn around, go inside, and ask, "doesnt the combo meal come with checkin nuggets"? The counter lady said yes u are right. Gave me my bag with the nuggests. Didnt apologize or say anything.

Js. Ive been to enough places that i know how its supposed to be and not supposed to be. This is not to be. I was more stressed when i left. Food. No. Atmosphere. No. Service. No. Male speaking to me needs customer service skills. Was wrong, had an attitude and was rude. Not a good combination. Not coming back.

I ordered a simple nugget bundle. Employee informed me they were dropping fresh fries for a reason of me waiting. Fries weren't even fresh and they gave me 4 nuggets instead of the 6 piece I paid for. Didn't realize until I got home.

I didn't order food, just stopped in to use the bathroom. And I must say I've never seen a cleaner McDonald's bathroom! 🚻
