I like the renovations. I have been to this store several times and I have to say this store has two excellent cashiers Pam and Holly they are polite, they always greet us with a hello or good morning. they are never on their phone or distracted. Very helpful and courteous, one time I could find something I was looking for and Pam told me where I could find it and Holly was told to go on break and offered to help me find my items they both should be Manager or something. You can't find customer service like that anymore. I love their positive attitudes It is very contagious in a good way.
I went on 5/28/24 they had Romain lettuce with an expired date I asked why they have them.on shelf, the manager said it wasn't expired it was the date they were put on shelves. I then asked why are they black and brown ( wilted) he didn't answer me just totally ignored me, I then see a lady grabbing the lettuce and removing them from the shelf, I scan you sell them to me at a discount she snapped No, and walked away! If they're not expired why remove them!!. The cashiers were very rude, I told her the prices on several items to help out and rolled her eyes waited a while the put the prices. The registers were locking up they wouldn't take our cards and wanted cash I had no cash, The cashier behind me snapthst there was a sign saying registers were down and only cash was being used. I told her it's not like I'm a frequent shopper and didn't notice, she said that would be my problem! Thank God the register clicked back on and I wad able to finish my transfer and leave! The experience was awful Definitely will not go back unless it's an emerging ! On scale of 2 to 10 it's a minus one! Management should be for their shoppers have a little understanding this one here was just Rude
I'm temporarily handicapped. Their motorized shopping carts were not charged. I had to walk the entire store by holding on to dear life with a reg. shopping cart.
Pricing was OK. Stock was very good. Large store with a very wide variety of Latin products. Staff were not very attentive. Tried the food court...really good!
After church February 25th, 2024 approximately 1:45 - 2:00 or so I went to Fiesta on Hampton and Ledbetter to get a money order for my best friend because of her conflicting work hours she wouldn't be able to get one before her deadline. But anywho I walked over to Customer Service with my oldest grandson. We were the only 2 people in line. The Customer Service rep was scrolling on her phone and after a couple of minutes she finally acknowledged me by asking how can I help you. I asked her if I could please have a money order for $50 and I pulled out my bank card. She told me that they do not accept bank cards. Huh? Really? my bank card is not accepted. I haven't had to purchase a money order in so many years. So I pulled out some cash. If the banks were open I could have purchase a cashiers check . I told her that I definitely know that we can't use credit cards for money orders but not being able to use your bank card is different. She said it's going to require $1. She gave me my money order and I stood there for a second and she asked is there something else that I can help you with?. I said yes my receipt please. She said there is your receipt right there and I asked where and she said that's your receipt when you tear the money order off. I said no ma'am, I need my printed receipt and she said well we don't do that here. And I asked well where do they do that at? Well after we went back and fourth for a couple of seconds she asks so now what do you want? I said a refund please. She quickly snatched the money order, started typing on her desktop and then started typing on her phone. My grandson said granny what is she typing on her phone? I said sweetheart I don't know and at this point I really didn't care as long as she gave me my refund. She gave me all of my money back except $1 and I said what about my dollar? She said you don't get that back. At this point I looked around to see if I recognized a manager I did not ask her because I was afraid that she would happen to be the manager too 🤣🤣🤣 I walked away with my freedom, my anointing, my sanity and my joy. Enjoy your $1 because I walked away with my $50, my freedom, my anointing, my sanity and my $50 that you were going to attempt to use for something 😝🙏🏽 Psalm 105:15 Touch not My anointed and do My prophet no harm. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I had all sorts of questions and thoughts in my mind as to why you don't give receipts.
