McDonalds is always good, not mad at them or anything but service could be approved. Pulled up to food window and waited there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment from their part. Not even a pull up to parking spot number 1

They wouldn't accept me in the Drive-Thru to order the lunch time meal because I was 5 minutes before it started. They made me come inside. I've been waiting in here for almost 20 minutes now Also their kiosk didn't give me a number so I had no clue which number and I had to ask the front guy. 🙄 The whole point of coming to a fast food place is so that it's fast.... Also looks like they messed up the order of the guy in front of me so he's holding up the line now even more

UM HELLO!?!?! GUYS!!?!?!?!! SECOND REPORT ABOUT THE SAME THING!?!?! IT'S NOT THAT HARD, KEEP CERTAIN THINGS IN THE CONTAINER, CERTAIN THINGS CAN GO ON THE BURGER! HOW THE HELL ARE YOU GUYS WORKING FOR $14 AN HOUR!? SOMEDAY THE WRONG PERSON IS GONNA RIP THIS PLACE TO THE GROUND 🤬

It’s astounding how if you refuse to park your car, your food MAGICALLY gets handed to you in a matter of 10 seconds. If you park, it takes 10+ minutes cause their times won’t be affected. This McDonalds is run by a bunch of rude self centered nobody’s. I told them I wasn’t going to park because I was the ONLY person in the drive through. I ordered TWO things. Very easy not made to order items. I got the drive through window slammed in my face and told “it’s gonna take us ten minutes then if you won’t park”. What a bunch of losers. Avoid this McDonalds at ALL costs. Springville and the other Provo location are better, though not by much. I also saw someone rub their nose then immediately use that hand to put a lid on my drink. This location cares less about you than the government does. Just don’t go here

The staff is always friendly even when it can get very busy at this location. This was ( Door Dash order) review not related to DD. All condiments were added correctly in it's individual NON soggy package. Your order will be seal (Love this feature) This particular order ran $$ including tip for the DD driver. $ 5-10 $$ 15- 25 $$$ 30 and up
