Very busy McDonald’s, service was still fast and friendly. Great for a “cheap” fast food chain restaurant quick stop. Would greatly prefer to not walk to walk and drive through a stream of soda. Unsure why an employee did this.

A lot of non-English-speaking workers here which would be fine considering myself if I’m saying that’s a problem if they can’t understand how to fix my order what is the point?? Don’t come here it’s already crazy with them using AI in the drive through… what’s next?

Went thru the drive thru to order 2 sausage egg biscuits and 1 breakfast burrito. Was asked to pull forward and wait. 10 minute wait... $12.22. No napkins, I asked for salt and pepper. 1 pk of salt, no pepper. Terrible service.

Every time I go to this McDonald's I always get cold food, now I wonder how is that possible if the worker ask me to move around to the front to receive my order, which you think it would be fresh and hot. Today I ordered a coffee and fries the coffee was hot but the fries were cold (How!!) and I ordered in the store! Then they got mad because I wanted hot fries that should have been given to me in the first place!! This is one of the worst McDonald's in the state!

Where to start, employees always on their phones, rude greetings, you ask for something not to be on a sandwich and they still put on your food, employees basically wear their clothes however. What happened to proper uniforms and proper greeting. Mainly evening shifts.
