In the last few years I have been here many many times. I don't believe I have ever had a good experience here. Service has never been friendly, sandwiches are usually undercooked, I've always been overcharged, and they are normally sold out of every option. And most of the time I don't get the donuts I asked for. This visit was just painful. There was a line out the door so with only 3 cars in the drive thru I decided that would be quicker. It took over 30 minutes waiting. The only place they have a sign posted with the options is right at the window so that makes the whole process so much slower. I was over charged yet again and they put their fingers through every donut. And the donut box was so sticky and dirty that my hands were covered in icing when I got the box and they offer no napkins. They also just randomly toss the donuts into the box instead of placing them in there like every other donut place that has ever existed. If you have ocd or anxiety this will truly be your worst nightmare. The donuts have never been very good. Just lack of options in this town kept us coming back. We won't return. The overcharging is my biggest issue. Here are some pictures of the menu so it can help others know what they want to order before getting to the window. Although they will be sold out anyhow.

Staff is really friendly, food is good, prices are decent for the products. Definitely recommend. Food often goes really fast due to the high volume of customers.

Went to get some donuts yesterday and I took a bite of it and I saw a long, light brown hair on it. It was coming out of the chocolate. I was disappointed and disgusted by it. It was a long John with chocolate. All your staff should use hair nets.
