I always recommend you pre-order before you go to this store. They are a very busy restaurant they are attached to a truck stop. I think some rude people think it should be super fast. The staff can only do so much. The staff to make up for the weight with their personality. A very nice group of people that I have spoken to each time I went to that restaurant. It's terrible how some treat them because of their wait time. It's not like any of these people are standing around twiddling their thumbs. I see them running out to the spaces outside to deliver food and keeping the store clean. I feel like they do a wonderful job And I personally have had great food there. My English muffin is not dry and my sausage is not burnt. My coffee tastes like it's exactly how I ordered it. It is a truck stop with a gas station and in a very busy location off the freeway. The atmosphere is the usual for a truck stop it's not one of the pretty locations that were refurbished. The great thing is there is a little shop next door.

I’ve ordered from this location numerous times, and I’ve MAYBE got my order within 10 minutes ONCE. This store has always made everyone in the drive thru park in the lot because they never have food ready, which is the entire purpose of fast food. If I had to wait 5-10 mins each time, I wouldn’t sweat it. However over the past month, all of my orders, which are typically just 2 sandwiches and a drink, have taken 20+ minutes to come out, and I order ahead on the app EVERY SINGLE TIME. None of employees at this location seem care at all and it’s starting to get BAD. It’s time to start looking for a change in staff.

Drive thru sucks. It never fails that you're told to go park in a waiting spot until they can bring out your food. It's 50% of the time. I call that a "slow food" restaurant.

Quarter pounder with cheese had NO pickles, onions or mustard. Did have bacon- I did not order bacon. The receipt is correct. The quarter pounder with cheese had a different order number. I should not have to check that my order is correct. The employees should be doing their job. I only saw two employees during the long wait. Very disappointing meal.

This McDonald's always gets our order the way we want.We come here to get the fresh and best fish sandwich and french fries. We also had a great Egg McMuffin and Sausage McMuffin . Fresh hash browns. Breakfast until 11 am. Great table service .Also, a drive thru. Always clean. Friendly staff. Inside Loves Truck Stop.
