They serve there food really fast and it only took like one minute for them to serve it, the atmosphere was pretty good besides some little messes that can be easily cleaned, the food is pretty good too.
We buy a medium size fry, but we got the fry for every small amount, before we buy the fry it was all ways full, but…this is not the right medium size fry.
If I could give this a 0 star I would. This store location is always absolutely filthy. The floors are constantly a slip hazar afraid to pick my feet up as I dont want to slip on the grease on the floor. I refuse to ever use the bathroom here again used sanitary products on the floor old food gum etc. this place is not safe or sanitary. It is like this every time I come here unfortunately this is my nearest McDonalds most days. Most of the staff just stands around talking on downtime versus grabbing a mop when they see guests clearly struggling to walk on their greasy floors. I believe this stems from the employees delivering the food to the tables it’s going to be impossible to keep the grease from the kitchen contained to the kitchen. Maybe having a specific person running food to avoid the kitchen staff tracking grease everywhere. Someone is going to get hurt. And it doesn’t go any good to mention it to staff they just get nasty with you.
Can't put a zero star! Can't even go through the drive thru without rude employees! Employee we paid ag the first window didmt say two words to us! Too busy on video chat with someome else! Try to speak to the manager and apparently she had no problem with it! She told me I was lying she was just back there and she's not on video chat! I seen it with my own eyes and then she asks the other girl if we had our order and refused to do anything pretty much just told us to leave! Great customer service right there! Don't like you job, quit! Easy as that!
Waited over 30 minutes for breakfast in the lobby. Used the Kiosc machine to order and pay. What an absolute disaster. They do NOT have it together. WORST McDonald's I've been into in a very long time. And NO, I will NOT be back. Disappointed to say the least. They can do better.
