This McDonald’s is not in the greatest of locations. Shockingly, it was spotless! Great, friendly service. The young lady that took our order brought the food to our table, and there was a woman walking around meticulously cleaning the kiosk ordering areas! Big KUDOS!🩵

This is a place that you will have to go during the day if you want to enjoy your meal because day shift has all the sense and never any issues. Anything after about 8 or 9 pm ,you can forget it, you won’t get anything but a bunch of people who appear to hate their job and DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR ORDER. Fast forward to TIME TWO of replacing my order my cheeseburger had mayo on it so much that it was inedible and oozing from the sides and the even CRAZIER PART- I didn’t even ask for mayo and no mayo should have been on there because double cheeseburgers don’t come with mayo! It was to be spiteful and ugly. I just wanted my burger replaced and for the treatment I received tonight I will be letting corporate know who they have working for them.

Used mobile order and pay. When I showed up the building was locked. I'm a truck driver so I had to walk to the window. They wouldn't help me there but they did give me my food out the side door. The manager who helped me was a nice guy. Not his fault but my food order ended up being wrong. No way to get a refund or get any compensation because I left and was on foot and I ordered through the app. The store ended up calling me and making it right. I have adjusted my review. Thank you guys

It’s really a hit and miss here. Sometimes you’ll get a good person but horrible food (missing items) and sometimes you’ll get ALL your order and it’ll be hot and fresh but horrible customer service. Most of these people act like us as customers are a bother , half the time they run around like chickens with their heads cut off and that’s a recipe for disaster . It’s very rare EVERYTHING is in order. I work in a restaurant so I totally understand every aspect of the job .. but common folks! Once again tonight we had items missing !!! Why?!?! Every single time ! Ugh

Terrible experience this morning. I’ve been drinking unsweet tea over 10 years. I bought two and they delivered sweet tea. Then wanted to argue that I ordered sweet tea. Gave them both back and drove off. Communication at this restaurant is very poor. No refund or exchange. Very sad for McDonald’s.
