Just pop through the drive-through real quick and got amazing service. My car basically didn’t stop rolling because they were re-with my order so fast. And the food was hot. Food is still McDonald’s so it’s not amazing but 10 out of 10 service.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered food at 9:35 onthe mobile app for curbside pickup. Got notified that our food would be out in 3-5 mins at 9:45. Sat and waited for our food. Called the store at 10:15 because we still hadn’t received our curbside pickup. The person who answered was rude and said it’s not their fault that they haven’t brought us our food because the drive thru line was long. And said they would try to bring our food out in a few mins. At 10:30 I went into the store to get my food that had been sitting on the counter since 9:49 as the receipt says. Our food was cold. My McDoubles I ordered with no mustard had mustard on them. Horrible customer service!

I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit while travelling. I received a sausage biscuit with no egg. I don't eat pork. It looked great if I wanted pork. My ticket was correct but my meal was not.

I ordered 2 burgers and 2 crispy chickens… ended up with 4 burgers. Very disappointed. AND one of my burgers had no sauce. Your drive thru worker needs to pay more attention.

This was by far the worst McDonald's we've ever been to and we travel quite a lot. Watch the manager yell at a customer for them messing up his food. I personally work fast food and have never been allowed to do it when I told the kids they should have told the manager what she did they informed me Mom that is the manager
