This location continues to have the worst service I've ever seen and such a rude and lazy staff. I went to grab breakfast on my way to an appointment this morning and they rang up my order wrong... no big deal really, they rarely get anything right at this location anyway. Only this morning rather than fixing their mistake, they tried to argue with me that I needed to just take the incorrect order and that they wouldn't fix it. After arguing with me about it for a couple minutes it was only until I asked for my money back that they finally fixed it... and it took them a whole 2 seconds. I genuinely don't understand how this location can be so consistently awful. Mistakes happen, it happens at every fast food place all the time... but to refuse to fix your error and argue with the customer that they just need to take the wrong items... just makes no sense at all.

Assembly of Egg McMuffin was obviously done in quite a hurry with no regard to their standards. Doesn't look anything like the picture in the restaurant. The edges were also burnt. AGAIN, REALLY. THIS MORNING --muffin black and burnt

This is usually my "go to" McDonald's in my area. I usually get a Mocha Frappe with no whip cream and extra chocolate drizzle and they always seem to get it correct at this location. The amount of drizzle they give me is awesome! The other locations around me can't read and always give me whip cream. I have never had any issues at this location. The service is great and quick. I usually order through curbside and it gets to me fairly quickly! Everything is fresh when it does.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Once a chick who worked there literally threw the food at me at got mad and slammed the window in my face when I told her to not do that. Today the lady is so quick to get the order out she slams the window in my face before I can even ask for ketchup. Like I’m inconveniencing her when she just has to do her job. The dude with tats is dope. Always respectful. Besides him I gotta ask, is customer service not part of the job description anymore? What about actually serving what people paid for? Look at this large fry I just got.. they filled it literally halfway. Honestly, don’t go here. This place is terrible and most of people there got foul attitudes. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

This restaurant is horrible. I ordered on the mobile app and selected curbside pickup. When I arrived, all curbside spots were unavailable. I drove into the empty drive thru and was told that if you order for curbside you must park in a curbside spot and cannot pickup the food you already paid for in the drive thru. After finally finding a curbside spot, we waited 15 minutes for our food and no drinks. I asked about our drinks, and the guy said, " Oh. You didn't get your drinks yet." I said, "No. You're the first person to come to our car." We finally got our drinks. The service was bad and the food was cold.
