There is zero reason to be sitting in the drive thru waiting over 15 min for a drink. Slowest drive thru in Fort Wayne. Food was decent I guess that's a plus. Fast food at a snails pace. There went my entire lunch break

This is my closest local McDonald's. The rating used to be much better but half the time the dining area is closed with no warning or signage. Everyone knows that McDonald's is only good when it's hot so we prefer to eat in real quick. There has even been times the drive thru has been closed over an hour early and has turned down our mobile orders.

Insanely slow at night. Even when you do a mobile order, you will still wait 25 minutes in the drive thru to even speak to someone and then another 10 minutes to actually get your food which is usually cold. This location has gone downhill significantly! I don't know what changed in the last couple years but it used to be great.

Terrible place to go. Food was not just cold but made wrong. Lazy employees couldn't even bring the food to the table when using the table number. Forgot sauces and ice cream cone. Employees could be overheard in the lobby using curse words complaining about guests. My child even asked me if I heard them.

Went there to order a double bacon quarter pounder with cheese and they gave me regular patties. This is not the first time they completely ruined my order. Last time I'm going there. Always some attitude with the workers there. A totally toxic restaurant that needs to not exist anymore
