Stood in line to order. Was told to go to kiosk to order. The kiosk credit card machine was inoperable, I had to go back in line to pay. Waited 25 min for my order. There were only 2 people ahead of me btw. You can see I ordered 2 lattes with an extra shot and I received sugary milk I told the girl I ordered with an extra shot and she says it’s there. Also, orange juice tastes like it has seltzer in. So my son didn’t get a drink either. I know the employees don’t care but we will never return to this location. Horrible service and drinks. They need to get their stuff together. Spent $33 on some bull. Thanks

I made a door dash and they forgot to put the second medium fry in there for me.and then the first fry I received was not even filled up. I called them about it and the manager hung up on me. This is unprofessional. If I am spending money at this establishment I expect to be treated with respect.

Order 631, I used my mobile app and used my reward for free large fry. Without eating one fry this is what I pull out of the bag…. I guess at least they were warm

The food at this location is normally great. The orders are usually right in the food, which is normally hot. Out of the two locations locally, this is probably the better of the two.

1 star simply because I sat in drive thru at the speaker so long I finally drove away. The person at the window asked me to wait a moment...10-15 "moments" later i just left...no one else was in drive thru but me so not sure what was the issue.
