I placed and order via door dash to take advantage of the buy one get one medium sub promotion. I placed the order at 10:30, and was told my food would be delivered around 11:10. Around an hour after my order I noticed the building was still preparing the two sandwiches. Then I get a notification that the order was canceled by the store. When I go to Re-Order, the buy one get one option is no longer available. So the store waited until the offer expired so they would not have to give me what I paid for. Despicable behavaior, lack of integrity, and overall horrible service.

An A for effort! Placed order online, picked up at the online pickup shelves as you enter the restaurant, near the front door. Personnel were occupied by a customer promoting his products, so only one young lady helped me a little when I was trying to make sure I was pickin up the correct order. The receipt had the first 4 letters in a large font of the first name on the order, that made it a little challenging to recognize if it was mine or not. I looked at the ticket just now and the first name is spelled out at the top of the receipt in a smaller font.

We have been coming here since it opened. The people that isin this store now has no customer service skills. The manager is rude. On her phone everytime we come. The "Welcome to Firehouse" greeting is not said anymore. The staff has no smiles on their faces. The atmosphere is not welcoming t all. Then the service is very slow

Sub was made exactly how I like it and the service was very fast. Staff was friendly and courteous. Overall restaurant was clean and neat. Definitely will return.

I am done. Have been going here since the opened about 10 yrs ago, every single time, EVERY time, they forget part of the order, and with 8 children, it get really expensive to have Firehouse not give the complete order. Well they just did it AGAIN. Placed an order for 3 sandwiches with chips and soda, guess Firehouse decided we didn't deserve what we paid for. I'm guessing this is very common and how they're making a profit.
