Had to wait for service as front line person was on break. I was seen standing at the register waiting for someone to come take my order. No one even acknowledged my presence despite walking right by me. On a positive note, when the front line girl came off break, she was very kind and pleasant.

As McDonald's go, this is a good one. Found the crew to be agreeable, the fries done well and fresh and in general a good experience. Hey, it's McDonald's, you know what they serve and what the menu is. Service was reasonably timed. It does have the strangest decor I have ever seen in a McDonald's and I have seen a lot of them. I don't know how all the elements fit together. Just a hodgepodge. And finally, why did you have the Caution Wet Floor warnings up at all 4 visits?

I've worked here. But I've been through the drive thru several times this week. I ordered a mcdouble only ketchup. 4 out of 5 they couldn't get right. Plus the way looks is nasty in itself. I get it's fast food. But still take pride in your work. This place has gotten BAD on orders. Beware to say the least.

Attempted to complain to the manager, she just Stares at me. I’m not sure if she never intended to hear my complaint and just zoned out, or if she was just trying to enrage me. We waited 10 min after we were pulled from an empty drive threw. When I go into get my food, I’m ignored by drive threw staff, as are three other people who had to come in with complaints of their food. The ONE person who was doing his job and busy stopped when he had a moment to help me. I told him what I needed, he jump immediately into action. There were a WHOLE TRAY of nuggets by the way! I asked him if he was the manager(he Should have been)he said no and went to get her. I tell he the situation, she just STARES at me! I’m done with the conversation, I waited for her response and of course I’m getting angrier and angrier, she fine said “I don’t know what you want ME to do about IT!” I look at her like …… am I SERIOUSLY speaking to a MANAGER? I tell her she’s rude and that’s fine corporate can hear about it. She says cooperate won’t do ANYTHING! I guess she’s right….

Very well ran establishment. The team leader I usually see is always doing his job!!! Very polite an always trying to make sure the customer is happy.
