first time ordering basic meal got it good and problem was not sure why the fry where somewhat empty, btw was supposed to be large 💀😂

Can't speak much to the atmosphere since I don't go in. But wow, the staff is so great! They are always so kind and seem happy to work there, which I would never guess that they are. In particular, there are two women who are just the most genuine and sweetest ladies! Always smiling and wishing me a wonderful day. I wish I knew their names. Sometimes if I'm having a rough day I'll treat myself to a frappe and hope they're the ones working. They just brighten my day so much. Also, their frappes are the bomb diggity. The pure perfection of the whipped cream and caramel is art.

I can’t rate the food this transaction, because I never got assistance. The girl at the drive through said hold one minute. After five minutes and her not returning, another Car and I both left. I did call to make sure she was OK and that she hadn’t passed out or something in there because I was a bit concerned. But realizing there was no reason not to take the order, my concern did turn to frustration as another customer and I left hangry.

The ice cream cones taste more like frozen milk than cream. The texture is also grainy than creamy. The quality is not really there.

It's been years since I ate at McDonald's. Now I remember why. The staff were great, the food not so much.
