Staff gets an A+++. My food though was not hot once I got it. Apparently, someone in front of the 3 cars in front of me was problematic or had a big order. I dislike warm fries. They are supposed to be hot, crisp, salty goodness. Oh well. Maybe it will be better at my next annual McDonald's run. Lol!

3 star food and atmosphere because it is normal, nothing great. The food is usually okay, though frequently smeared and lopsided. Also check you bag when you recieve it, as it may be missing items or be the wrong order. Time wise it is always a gamble. Even if you are the only car or one of two or three, you may wait for several minutes at the speaker to order. At times I have recieved prompt service, but you never know. In preparation time, whether you order several items, meals for 4 or 5 people, or one sandwich, you may receive it within a couple of minutes or wait for 10-15 minutes(which has happened many times to myself and my wife at this location), as I recently orded a big mac, arrived at the window for them to tell me they sent it to the back(when I had ordered it a minute ago) and had me pull up to wait 10 minutes for my sandwich. Not at peak hours, the parking lot was mostly empty, lots of employees, and there was only one other car at the time that hadn't paid yet. Again. not the first time a similar scenario has happened here. Very friendly workers at the register, but the middle and front workers need some training.

It's a McDonalds, so you basically know what to expect. The staff is friendly, though, and the food is consistent. The drive-thru usually moves fairly quickly. Really, the only negative of this McDonald's is the poor road access from Route 140 if you are heading east.

I just sat forever in parking spot 3 to get soggy fries when I ordered fresh and a tasteless burger. The food was luke warm at best. Oh, and my husband ordered bbq sauce, and nothing was in the bag! Thank you McDonalds.

Clearly well managed, these guys and gals have the best attitude of any McDonald's crew I've seen since i used to be a manager at one. This crew ain't paid enough! Always phenomenal service, and always have smiles on their faces. The gentleman who works drive thru with the red beard (Friday night, if that helps identify him) always puts a smile on my face. By far the best McDonald's in the area!
