In my opinion Gale is a brilliant and innovative woman in the medical field and her technique deserves attention. STEM is a much more humane way of venipuncture and everything she calls modern phlebotomy out on has a very sound and logical reason behind it. I hope soon the bar is raised soon and venipuncture is treated like a science and not like a medieval torturous procedure.
Amazing she is so hands on and make sure u don’t miss anything.. she has the most beautiful spirit ever I learned so much in short time
