Pulling me forward for a cheeseburger chicken and fries with nobody in the drive through . Gives me less than a medium in a large box that they said was the reason for pulling forward. Not the first time. GOLD standard smashed burger with ingredients on the side.

The drive-through employees need more training. They are taking orders for a double drive-through and they don’t understand how to do it. I sat on the intercom and watched four cars at the other intercom get their order taken in a row while I sat there. They do not know how to alternate. I wonder why your lines are so long. Drive-through get better you are supposed to alternate between the coms. That’s how you business like you lost mine.

Why did I get pies that should have been thrown out over 1 hr ago thru drive thru? I ordered on the app and gave them plenty of time to cook fresh pies.

It's McDonald's The Golden Arches!! I would drive another 20 mi just to get McDonald's french fries. Also they have got great salads. And you can always count on their dollar menu. Now they've got a $5 box.

I was picking up an order & I was told, extremely rudely, that all door dash ppl have to ring the doorbell by the lobby door.. the 'doorbell' is 5 feet above my head & not labeled, no signage ANYWHERE.. being new to door dashing, this was an extremely frustrating (&CHILLY) way to start!
