Kiosk is the only way to order and didn’t work initially. And, no, I DON’T want to download or use your app. Food was not great and not worth the $. I ordered a single hamburger with ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions. I received a small dot of mustard and ketchup, 5 meager diced onion pieces (yes, I counted). and ONE pickle… seriously???

I couldn’t catch her name but the lady working the front today was kicking butt!! While it was a long wait and some food items were missing (which they happily & quickly corrected), she was running that place. It was pretty busy with all the orders coming in, but she still greeted and thanked us at the end. Very nice lady.

One they don't want to take your order. Kiosk only. But it doesn't work for everyone. Then when you give them cash they don't know how to make change.

They don't/won't take orders via the cashier. We had to use the kiosk. Tried to order thru our app but couldn't do that either. One guy was nice but the manager was rude. Nice big parking spot for our 40' RV. Driving thru so it doesn't matter, right?

The customer service is non-existent. The kiosk takes the order and the customer service is poor. We were able to get refunded, not our total amount, because the employee was rude. She proceeded to talk about us to another employee in Spanish. So it cost us $3 to stand in the restaurant for 40 minutes, and for no food. WE will never stop there again, and we found a better place down the road and their burritos aren't frozen.
