The visit was great. Craig was helping another couple when we walked in. He acknowledged us and invited us to look around. He worked between us both. We placed our order and he gave us a delivery date of 7/15 which was fine. However on 7/14 I received a call saying that "due to inventory" the base would not be delivered until 7/28. And the mattress would not be delivered until 7/22. I expressed my disappointment and frustration at the delay. Apparently the information available to the store was not accurate. There were none in stock in the warehouse. I feel Mattress Firm has dropped the ball. I informed the young man calling that should there be another delay I would be cancelling the order. This is unacceptable customer service.

Barry White was very professional and very helpful. I bought a mattress from Matress Firm. In 2003. I was very satisfied then and I am. Very satisfied now. The only reason that I am buying another mattress is that I hada fire in my house and it ruined my mattress. Can’t wait until delivery day so that I can sleep on it

Sales associates Barry and Jermaine were very professional and knowledgeable. Patiently answered my questions about the different mattresses so I could make a well informed decision. Barry even stayed late to make sure he had addressed all my questions before finalizing the sale. Great shopping experience. Would definitely recommend mattress firm.

I had an amazing experience talking with B. White. He answered all of my questions and was so helpful and courteous. After a hard day not to mention a hard week I don’t think anyone wants to be jumped on like a piece of meat by a salesman. I will recommend B. White to anyone looking to purchase bedding! You Rock Mr. “B” 👍🏾👍🏾😉

At this Albany, GA location 3/2/24, Dawson Rd same lot as TARGET. JERMAINE was our salesman. He was not pushy. Asked my husband if we did research, knew what we wanted etc. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and seemed trustworthy. Based on my husband's response, he pointed out a few selections here and there. And then left us alone to look, was not hovering. There were other customers he was finishing up with. My husband is the knowledgeable one about mattresses. I learned a thing or two from Jermaine also. BEFORE we went to this store my husband knew what we wanted and $$$$ spending. Jermaine pointed out what was available in the $$$ we set. He didn't try to just sell us anything........which is rare these days. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH JERMAINE explained things thoroughly. Professional and very Personable. We are satisfied with our purchase! No remorse.
