The hotel is close to the airport. Great for overnight stay to catch early flight. Room is pretty clean and spacious. Room is old fashion in design ( you need to flick the switch one by one) and there is nothing wrong with that. Just need to get familiar with the location of switch in case you need to turn on the lights in the middle of the night. Front desk service is great and friendly. Just remember the shuttle stop at 1 am and open again at 4am. If your flight coming in after 1 am just make sure you get a Lyft to the hotel. The breakfast is not free but it has the high quality and standard of what a breakfast should be.
Unfortunately this place did not meet expectations. Rooms are dated and falling apart. Soap and shampoo were empty upon arrival. The on-site restaurant serves stale food highly overpriced food and the service is absolutely terrible. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive and wonderful to interact with. The on-site gym is very nice and has ample equipment. With so many options in the area it is hard to choose staying at this location.
Great hotel, it's very nice and clean. You know it's a good hotel when the pilots stay here. The restaurant and bar hours are great as well. The bar closes at 1AM. My flight didn't depart until 5 p.m., and they gave me the flexibility to check out at 1 p.m. I will definitely come back.
Don't stay here if you want to work with anyone else in the main area of the hotel. The music is really loud. We asked the manager if he could turn it down. He said it was not in their control. I get playing music during meal times or evening. but during the day folks are trying to work. They have invested in great work area furniture, just don't understand the need for loud music in that area. Great to see quick feedback on this post from management, increased my rating to a 3 just thanks to their willingness to consider the change.
I stayed for one night and I feel it is very expensive compared to what they offer. There is no complimentary breakfast and room was ok or typical low budget hotel rooms. What I like most is it is closest to airport however not on airplane route so it is quiet and good
