Using the kiosk to purchase tickets was great. The reclining seats were also nice. My 2 star rating is for customer service at the concession. My friends and I had a "girls day out" yesterday (4/24) and decided to see a movie. We purchased our tickets for the 3:10pm show and then proceeded to the concession. One friend asked the price of the bottled pops. She was told $4 or $5, I'm not really sure. And we laughed because $4 or $5 for a 16 ounce drink is insane. We continued to place our order with the young girl. She never once greeted us, never cracked a smile, never said thank you....NOTHING. We are women, 50ish, having a good time, laughing and having fun....NOT being rude or "jerks" and to have to encounter this girl, who clearly hates her job, is sad. When I ordered my popcorn, I said extra butter, layered. She put so much butter in the bottom of the bag that it leaked through the bag. I had to put napkins under the bag and the napkins looked like I wiped up a spill. Now, I did ask for extra butter but putting it all in the bottom...come on. Maybe some customer service training is in order for this girl.
I had an amazing drink called the ‘yellow brick road’ created by Billy this weekend. It’s a perfect summer drink, I highly recommend! 10/10 service & staff. Such a great experience every time I go
I was greeted by the coolest, and nicest guy. His name was Forest, he made me and my girlfriend feel welcomed and asked us how our day was going. He’s very interactive with people, and is a friendly face to see when you first walk in.
Love this place. Forgot how great the “movie theatre” experience is. Stellar and friendly service. What a way to end the weekend with the family.
Wow! I can’t tell you how great the upper level is at this theater. Great service, easy to use, but most importantly Deborah who greeted us at the top of the steps made the night. She explained everything to us, was very friendly, and definitely (you can tell) loves her job in serving others. 5/5 😊
