"I have been attempting to drive with Lyft since May 9, 2024, and have submitted all necessary documents. Despite reaching out to Lyft's customer and driver representatives through chat, I have received no assistance. The lack of response and support from Lyft has been frustrating and unprofessional. I am still waiting to be connected and to find a solution that would enable me to earn a living and support myself. It has been approximately a month since I submitted my documents, contrary to the promised 7-day processing time. The app's constant message of "sit tight, you're almost there" is misleading and aggravating. I expect a more efficient and supportive experience from Lyft."

I drove for a Lyft for almost 7 years and then they put me out of business by closing down flex drive I don't forgive them for that

Told by other drivers that Lyft is closing in Seattle. I didn’t believe them….but after over 6 hours and no requests, must be try

I have been a driver on Lyft for over 4 years, until one day that all ended. A passenger complained that I was tired. But, I had slept 10 hours, and I have proof that I did. But Lyft didn't believe it and took the passengers side. What I absolutely hate about Lyft is that they always take the passengers side, no matter what happens, Lyft always takes the passengers side. The Lyft company never even wants to hear about the drivers side, but always listens to the passengers. Lyft has to realize that the passenger isn't always right. To everyone who works for Lyft, I request, please don't use the app! Their not worth your hard work!
