From the first point of contact we were treated as valuable customers. Our questions were answered. We received an incredible quote and fantastic John Deere X730 with snowblower. When Chris brought them to our home he spent over an hour going through and demonstrating the use of each part of the tractor. Professionalism was above and beyond. Thankyou for making this an incredible and easy purchase for us😊

Great business. They cleaned up the new mower and helped us get it on the trailer. We could not find the mower we wanted anywhere in SE Wisconsin, but they had it here!

Wouldn't buy from anyone else, ever! Personal service. Great choices great value. Our first John Deere lasted us 15 years, and now our daughter and son-in-law are using it, still running strong. Of course, we bought our 2nd John Deere from the Vendl family dealership and it will no doubt last another 15 years and more

I would not take my business to this location again. It took nearly a week and a half and two left messages to even have someone call back to let me know they had looked at my lawn tractor and what needed repaired. The bill was extensive for my old tractor so I inquired about a new tractor. They didn't have any coming in for a couple of weeks so I ended up buying a new john deere elsewhere. When I called to pay my bill over the phone the woman that works in the office was very unfriendly. Basically grilling me on what I bought and where. Proceeding to tell me that's too bad they had 9 coming in soon and the grass isn't even growing right now. I paid my 100 dollar bill just for the consult over the phone and she proceeded to tell me the sooner the better for me to come pick up my old tractor. When I went to pick up my lawn tractor it was in three pieces instead of one like when I dropped it off. They put it on my trailer then just put the deck next to it and the hydraulic snow plow on the trailer separate as well. Plus I had a handful of loose pieces I assume were used to connect those attachments. So between the very unfriendly woman in the office and the fact that my tractor came back to me in pieces not how I had dropped it off I will not be giving any of my future business to them.
