The room was amazing. The only real complaint was the original room we were assigned had someone else in it. Imagine the shock we had when we opened the door to a nudes man peacefully sleeping. Poor guy had no idea we walked in on him. Fortunately the second room was unoccupied and was great. It was very spacious and comfortable.
Just as a background I've also stayed at the Best Western, Comfort inn, Hampton inn around this area and I would say that this is the best hotel out of all of them. It's clean and the owners are nice. It is a no frills stay. If you want a nicer hotel you can consider the Holiday Inn down the road but you will be paying more.
I rented a room on 3/27/2024 for my 18yr old son. The rate for 2 nights was $268 plus 100 deposit, which i was told i would get back upon checkout. I had to come back to the hotel after I just got home and pay another $60 so he could have friends visit throughout his two day stay. Upon checkout I arrive with the room key that I was given when I checked in, to return the key and collect my deposit. The clerk had already checked me out and gave my 100 cash deposit to my 18yr old. The management here is very poor. They do not know what they are talking about. He couldn't rent his room himself because of changes to the hotels policy but yet they can give away MY deposit and checkout for me? I would NOT recommend this place to anyone in the future.
Blood stain on bed comforter. Bed sheets also stained. Multiple stains and spills on couch. Room was nearly 80 degrees when we arrived, and took several hours too cool down. Hallway near elevator was disgusting - carpet stained and very dirty. Bed very hard, coupled with a lot of highway noise - not a very restful night. Not at all impressed with this stay, in what is billed as an “executive” room.
WORST STAY EVER! Air conditioner rattled all night long, cold shower with no pressure and to top it off the coffee maker in. the room drained from the bottom into the tray. The desk attendant had no words to say and we were charged full price! Breakfast was decent. Knowing they had problems with room 207 they put us in it. This was noted in a previous review our stay. Not good !!!
