Rooms are so dusty, I wiped down any place I set my belongings. The bathroom was dirty with long hairs on the floor, slimy showers that looked like they never clean them. Carpet and everything in the room were not clean and vacuum. Long hairs got on our shoes, too. UGH. The whole room needs to be really CLEANED and DISINFECTED. Would not recommend it until they clean the rooms. We travel quite a bit to Denison on business, and the rooms are never clean, so we will be looking to stay somewhere else.

I ran out of hours on my logbook, so I booked a hotel located right off of the highway. Location is very convenient. Nice, big parking lot. Staff was friendly. Being a Hilton Garden Inn, I expect more quality and more amenities. This hotel is need of some attention. Lobby looks great, but the rooms need serious upgrading. My bed was bouncy and very uncomfortable. The pillows are terrible. They compress down to nothing, so I couldn't get comfortable. (See photo. They puff them up, but the compress easily.) The TV remote looks about 15 years old and the buttons didn't work. In the room, they charge you so drink water bottles. Wait...what? There are other Hilton brands, like Hampton, that give you free water when you check in and are WAY cheaper per night. The desk chair in my room wouldn't raise. The arm rest was peeling (see photo). Also, the bathroom wasn't clean. You can clearly see where the maids did not wipe the countertop. I will skip this hotel next time and go for a different hotel.

We attended a public meeting in the ballroom. We did not stay in hotel as we live in the area. More people arrived than expected, so event workers began setting out additional chairs, which was helpful. Also went to a wedding reception there with a seated dinner. The dinner was very tasty and service was excellent.

This place has gone down hill since new manager, Stacy Fields has came onboard. Elevators are consistently broke, linens smell and feel horrible. Internet issues. The soap they use for the linens is horrible and makes sheets/towels really rough. Took all soda machines out so you have to purchase from their store but they do not keep it stocked. I have been staying here for over 4 years with my job and have always been happy up until she took over management. DO NOT STAY HERE! Would give zero stars if possible. This place used to be the best locally and now is the worst. So glad I will be leaving soon and will never stay here again. The owners of this Hilton need to up their game.

What is that inside the A/C unit? Is that mold? Is that a huge growth of brown/grey mold with pink mold growing in it? Even the mold has mold? Gtfoh. The outside knob came off of the room door. It took forever for them to get it open. 🙄 And one of the two elevators was out of service. Overall, quite unacceptable.
