Pretty run down. Can find comparable nightly price at other hotels. Light switch at front door didn't work, so we had to go to the lamp next to the bed. The light near door had no bulb and a broken shade. Bed spread was stained and had a cigarette burn in it. Couldn't get cold water from sink except for brief second when using the hot water knob. When I tried going to vending machine, I found it and the ice machine had closed shortly after we checked in, but we weren't forewarned of this. Bed seemed comfortable for the few hours we stayed. We weren't there long enough to check out the continental breakfast.
The rooms are clean and bug free. Housekeeping staff are friendly and do a good job. Front desk people are nice and price is reasonable. Its a family friendly hotel with a clean pool as well. I am enjoying my stay haven't had any issues with anyone here.
I’m not exaggerating when I give this 1/5 stars. This place is pitiful. I feel bad for the employees who work there, to be honest. Feels hopeless, abandoned and forgotten with time. The rooms have old beat up carpet that haven’t been vacuumed in forever, the bed sheets fit like a sheet of paper over the exposed mattress and the comforter was torn, beat and stained. I stopped with some friends after a camping trip looking for a cheap place to stay... we should’ve paid the extra $15-$20 for a nicer hotel. It just felt like something sketchy was awaiting. It’s hard to call this a respectable spot. Save yourself the time and disappointment - go somewhere else.
We were booked in a clean non-smoking room. A few business were within walking distance and the location was perfect for our stay in Aurora. They have a small continental breakfast. Our stay was very pleasant, and the staff was nice. For the price, it's well worth it.
I had two separate rooms. One room was a little bit newer inside, but the rest of the property & the room my husband & I got was literally hideous & disgusting!! It was NOTHING like what was online!! This is a dirty, rundown slum to be honest! The pool was a dry, uncovered broken pit of concrete. There was trash all around the place. After my 30 minute wait to check in, I knew my husband & I were not eating whatever breakfast they had. It was just gross, period. The room had a busted up, loud as heck air conditioner, nasty carpet, a broken shower, a TV that had to be from the 90's, & it appeared 3/4 of the guests were "semi-permanent" moms or drifters. If we hadn't been so tired after driving 4 hours with an elderly man, we would have left. Needless to say, I called to cancel our next two days & left first thing in the morning!! This place is NOTHING like what is shown online!
