Why waste time make appointments in this clinic? You waste your time logging into the sistem, make an appointment to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time,,, the people who work there arrive late or open the place 5 or 10 minutes late. Workers don't know what they're doing, other than seeing them serve people who arrived after you. Take forever to check you in....! Sometimes I wonder why they chose this profession of serving the public and why doctors chose this profession if they don't know how to have the compassion of their own service they chose?! where are the leaders and responsible for the hospitals and for teaching the newcomers who are arriving in this profession?! It's absurd to see a country that has all the technology and big hospitals and they don't know how to use it wisely. Seeing military members pay years of insurance and not receive the treatment they deserve! Some leader or those responsible have to take action and put order in these hospitals. It's not just showing up at work and earning your money, it's taking on your job and responsibility to serve the public and your profession. I'm just tired and stress of waking in this clinic.
While the pharmacy workers are great, when is the phone system going to work properly? It's been sporadic for several years. Now when I try to call, I go through the prompts to speak with someone, then it rings, and tells me I have not dialed enough digits to complete the call. Other times it's a different response. Please fix it so we can call to activate prescriptions when needed, or have a question. Thank you
Can't get meds when you need them, too long of a wait, base closures, training holidays, no one answered the phone. Unless you're absolutely broke and can't do the copays, don't go here.
The pharmacy is great the ability to reach main pharmacy is not I live 40 mins away and it is hard to verify if my RX is ready for my child and driving 80 mins just to find out RX is not ready is very inconvenient both options on phone service are for rx located in bx no option for main pharmacy
