The one reason I'm still here is the size of the fridge. It's not the cleanest. There was a pile of dead bugs a inch high in bathroom light cover, rugs needed replaced years ago but no bed bugs. People that run the place are cool
The landlord was really mean and he didn't have a set cleaning person. He just hired tenants to clean other people's room. I cleaned my own. Also fights broke out alot but the rooms were actually well put and nothing was broken
Room was decent size and surprisingly it had a full size fridge but the positive factors end there. The bottom sheet was a flat n not fitted so it kept shifting on the bed to the point that before the morning, you would end up sleeping against bare mattress. Rented it for a week but despite the refusal of refund for remaining days, we checked out. I do not know WHAT it was exactly but now there are 4 huge knots with what can be best described as heads that are a cross between a pimple Whitehead and a blister!!!! They take up the area from right below my wrist to halfway down my forearm
Victor and his family are very nice people. Don't let his mean voice scare you off. He has really cleaned the place up. Run into him at the grocery store quite often...good people
There was a lot of dead and alive rats down the beds. Had to to clean your own room since nobody cleans at all. In the shower there was a dead frog. I had to go to the store to buy cleaning materials. I could not sleep at all because of the dirty bed and cockoroaches crawling on the bed. Later on I was able to sleep but then I had to wake up to check outside since there is a lot of black and white people that looks bad as a perspective for the hotel,little black ass kids also ghetto couples kept screaming at each other. I went outside to catch some breath and all the people kept looking at me like if they were going to do something. Do not at all come here, you will regret it. They look like no good people so I won't recommend you coming here cause of these ghetto musty smelling swisher smelling black ass people.
