The team at King Auto Center in Lihue made my auto buying experience easy and pleasurable. Sherri is a kind and knowledgeable sales person, and was patient with me as we compared several vehicles that I was interested in. The sales person, Taylor, was super helpful and very thorough. From vehicle selection, financing, accessories ordering, even down to walking us through all the features in the vehicle itself before we left. I would recommend Taylor and the team at King Auto.

The lady who made my appointment was super friendly compared to past experiences. I was texted my car was ready and I continued to wait another 20 minutes before it really was. Office staff could be a bit more receptive.

We had a very satisfying experience with King Auto Center. Taylor Travaso met us as we arrived, asked about our interests, and proceeded to show us available inventory. Two days later we returned and, after doing our price comparisons, we met back with Taylor, and bought a CRV. I called up King Auto Center when my car was malfunctioning. They told me to bring it in and they diagnosed it and were able to locate parts and get them coming in soon. Marc was a big help and made the process easy. Thanks Marc for all the help!
