Anchor Cove Shopping Center
What people are saying
Been to Kauai 40 times and love the island and all of the people except this guy. Had a dinner reservation next door and were running late .we were going to grab a quick bite and then browse Anchor but this this guy comes runnng out yelling in a very mean spirited way that we couldn’t park there( the parking lot was empty)I don’t know who he worked for but we will never go back to this mall. Obviously they have real problems with tourists
A nice small shopping center by the beach. But everything closes a little early for you to spend a good relaxing afternoon here. There are some cafes by the hotel that are better suited for that.
Nice little village close to the port 5 minute ride on the free shuttle. Various shops and restaurants . The beach is very nice with plenty to do , snorkeling , surfing, diving with clear water
A nice little shopping centre near the cruise terminal. You can walk there in 20 minutes from the cruise ship. There is also a free shuttle service between the ship and the shopping centre. There are several small shops. The ABC store is a popular destination for buying gift to bring home. We stopped at a small coffee shop called Jammin Banana. You can get coffee and snacks here. There are a couple of restaurants in the nearby complex. They were pretty busy. So we went back to the ship.
If you're coming off this ship then Anchor Cove is a short 10 minute walk or you can take the free shuttle. However you get here you find all the traditional, island treasures you can imagine. If you go behind the shops and cross the bridge, grab the mango barbecue burger at Duke. It's life-changing.
