They need to work on the meat. All the hamburger was brown and we had to cook it immediately because it was sstarting to turn. We luve 2 hours from there so taking it back was not an option.The associates seem real friendly and helpful.

I've been shopping here for a few months, and while the store itself has a decent stock of items and is clean, it is overpriced. The staff have gotten increasingly unfriendly of late, and I am nothing but polite. It is inappropriate and entirely unprofessional to loudly complain in expletives about your manager when nearby customers. I was also shocked to find out, after shopping here for months, that there is a discount and coupon app. I will, however, continue to shop here because I'd rather support them than Walmart. Hopefully it gets better or another grocery opens up in town. EDIT: I've gone from two stars to one because I have been routinely finding expired merchandise on the shelves.

Customer service and the cashier were very welcoming, friendly, helpful and nice. Check outs were both fast and easy. I recommend John Brooks over Walmart ANY DAY!!!

I wish I could give a solid 5 star. The staff are great. The store is well stocked and kept very neat/clean. The big issue is the crazy markup on goods.

Too overpriced. A vegetarian cannot go in there and fetch any carb to eat lunch. All meat, which is not food even. I feel stores that do that do know better, or they'd be fair. Socorro, nm brooks. Mary t.
