Atmosphere- nice little cafe located in the Pittsburgh International Airport. Service- It was a little confusing because there were a lot of people standing around waiting on their order. I was standing at the counter and was not greeted or acknowledged. I had to flag someone down and asked if this was order online only? It was not and she then took my order. Food- 3 stars- I did not order any food. I only ordered a large iced vanilla latte. It wasn’t bad but kinda small for a large sized.

I wanted a cold brew however they were all out so I had a hot americano with a pump of pumpkin spice and it was 10/10. My wife had a green smoothie and she also said it was really good.

Got two juices and two sandwiches which are both very refreshing. The Joes identity juice is not very sweet and feels very refreshing. The sandwiches with a crunchy flatbread that feels light. The spicy tuna is good if you like pickled jalapeño. The joes club is light and matches well with some fresh juice. If it didnt cost $50 for two people I’d give 5/5. Good for pre flight refreshments.

Excellent and efficient service. The smoothie was delicious and the espresso was pulled just right. I highly recommend the Serrano sandwich.

Very cool place! The man who rang me up was very knowledgeable when I was wary of the pesto due to a cashew sensitivity. Allowed me to sub plant protein for whey. The turkey sandwich was delicious on a crunchy flatbread in a very cute container that had no plastic packaging. I usually don't meander to this side of the airport but I will be back next time I'm passing through for sure!
