TUMI Store - Pittsburgh Airport

I Fly out of Pittsburgh Airport all the time. The staff at this site are absolutely amazing !! I currently have tumi backpack & duffle bag. Keep kicking around the idea of.going with suitcase. The staff is always friendly, and answers any questions I might have

Service at this store was phenomenal. The sales person was attentive and VERY knowledgeable of the products. I was looking for a particular backpack (compact laptop) and she immediately knew it and pulled it out. She also immediately pulled out the next size up (search) so I could compare. She also personalized it right there and, noticing my old tumi briefcase (being replaced) offered to personalize it also, which I'd failed to do in the 10+ years I've had it. I visited 2 other tumi stores before, but they didn't really know the bags in detail. Highly recommend this store.

World class products and even better service offered at the Pittsburgh Airport store.....the associate, Kimberly LaRue was welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond to provide information and support. I am a Tumi product fan......and now, a Tumi evangelist because of your store's service....thank you.

I was recently in this store and had the pleasure of meeting Nielson (sp?) and David. I have MANY pieces of Tumi luggage, bags etc...and of all my visits to various Tumi stores, this was my favorite! Nielson and David were knowledgeable, kind, and FUN to work with! I'm a frequent flyer and I'll definitely make a point of utilizing this airport store for my future Tumi purchases.

This location had THE BEST customer service of all the stores I’ve been to. They were knowledgeable about all the products and super patience as I looked at all the different options!
