Three times in a row the staff didn't bother to read the ticket and short-changed me, ripped me off $2 each time. Reached out for a refund and they told me I can just call and talk to the owner if I want. How about you just give me the food I ordered? UPDATE: Updating the review, as a manager got in touch with me and it seems like the response was a misunderstanding. Thanks for taking the time to correct the issue!

I have ordered from this Jimmy John's plenty of times, but today, my sandwich was not what I was expecting. No avocado nor mayonnaise. It was so dry that I almost choke. I was at work and didn't have anything to put on my bread. I had to throw it in the trash. I am very disappointed 😞 I will still be ordering from there again. Hopefully, it'll be like it usually is.

Today I ordered lunch for the family at Jimmy John’s on third street in downtown Baton Rouge. However the delivery time and overall situation was atrocious. The guy was a complete jerk and actually said to me that I was not his only customer then proceeded to flip me the bird as he turned to leave. True story. Unbelievable. Never, ever again. Shameful.

I too like to eat and drink and be freaky but I wasn’t aware JJ got down like that so next time I’m in there I’ll know and behave accordingly.
