I love a good book store and this one is the best. The smell, the feel just nothing like it. The staff there was really friendly and so helpful. They really do give that extra something to make you feel special. They have so many book and toys, it's unreal. I will for sure be going back. They have all the new sports cards and Pokemon cards. Can't wait to go back

Helpful service. Clean store. Lots to choose from. Escalators both not moving; I can possibly assume it was not in service. The bathrooms needed to be freshen up. Used my coupon at cafe and enjoyed a small bite of breakfast, bacon cheese croissant.

A wonderful day walking around the store looking for one book and then finding four books that I had heard of but never seen. Also fascinating to talk with several authors who were present and happy to talk about their books. Some excellent conversations!

Always clean and the workers are very friendly. Was trying to find a gift for my daughter and even though they didnt have it, the worker was super nice!
