Nice to have a jewels so close to me! They always have what I need and it’s clean. The aisles could be wider but it’s fine. Great store

Jewel wants you to use the self checkout lanes but customer service is rude about it. I didn't press finish and pay because a coupon/discount was not displayed even though others showed. Arlette rudely pressed the button and gave me a dirty look and didn't explain that step was necessary for the coupon to show. We're not cashiers-- if you want us to use your system at least be polite about it.

Worst Jewel-Osco I've ever been to. Why are all the doors closed by 8pm? Everyone is forced to use one exit to enter and leave. I think this is a FIRE HAZARD to barricade all doors with carts except one while you clearly have 50 plus people in there. Might have to call the inspectors to see if this is acceptable.

Your customer service is THE WORST. I was waiting in line for 20 mins at the customer service desk. There was a line behind me & until I started asking why no 1 was helping, finally an elderly hispanic woman came up to me.
