If I could do negative stars I would. I have been with these guys for some time, they are aware that I've recently lost 2 of my children to a tragic accident and they used to be kind and respectful which I've always been to them as well. As due to my current emotional situation my husband picks up my medication for me on a regular basis. On today he went in and was treated very rudely, upon being flustered he couldn't remember my birthday but I had literally just called her and verified that he would be coming in to pick up my prescriptions. When he couldn't remember my birthday she told him to call me, well he left his phone at home and asked if he could borrow theirs or if she could call me, she responded NO! We live in Foley and drive a considerable way out of our way to go there to support the small mom and pop store, taking my business elsewhere. Just felt I should share this experience

Excellent customer service! On vacation and had to have a forgotten compounded prescription transferred and filled. Very pleasant to deal with and had my script ready the same day. This would be my pharmacy if I lived in the area! And they followed up with a thank you phone call for my business a couple of days later. Top notch!

I just met these folks, they are all super nice. I was so stressed out trying to get my medicine filled today, my normal pharmacy was out. I called 4 different pharmacies to try to get it moved, and they were ALL rude except for Island Drug. If It wasn't a 30-35 minute drive away from my home, I would defintalety use this pharmacy exclusively.

Friendliest folks ever! ALWAYS courteous, and very timely getting prescriptions filled. I absolutely love browsing at all of the unique goodies/gifts/treats/jewelry that they have . Best Drugstore Ever! 🤗 👌
