Do you like big rooms? This is the place for you. Do you like bathroom privacy? Not so much (at least in the King room) as the 'frosted/glass' doors don't hide anything. Do you like towels? Well, bring your own. Do you like competent management? Don't stay here.

Superb experience at the Hyatt Centric Wall Street. I received an incredible suite upgrade as a Globalist and the experience was phenomenal. Service at the hotel was seamless and always helpful. I loved the electronic blackout shades! The rooms are huge and the high ceilings give such a pleasant, loft-like feeling. The bathroom is beautiful with an excellent tub and shower room. I can’t wait to return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Centric Wall Street New York and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room was modern and impeccably clean, boasting comfortable bedding and a stunning view of the cityscape. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring downtown Manhattan. It's just a short walk from iconic sites like the New York Stock Exchange and the South Street Seaport. Dining options within the hotel were fantastic—the restaurant served a variety of delicious meals that catered to all tastes. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and eager to help, enhancing my stay with their attentiveness. Overall, Hyatt Centric Wall Street New York offers not just a place to sleep, but a gateway to experience the vibrancy of lower Manhattan with top-notch service and amenities. Highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers!

The computer system was down when we got to the hotel on July 12 so we couldn’t get the keys to our rooms which was awful. The front desk men were very sympathetic but really couldn’t do anything about it. The real problem I had was with the ROACHES in the room. A couple in the bathroom and one just inches from my pillow. Luckily my daughter killed a couple of them. It just made me feel uncomfortable in the room that I thought was a first class hotel. Sorry for the gross photos.

The Hyatt Centric on Wall St. is a lovely hotel. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. The room was spotless, and I loved the auto lighting options and blackout blinds. The shower was easy to use, and I loved that it looked like a mini spa (it had a bench)! A few things to keep in mind when considering this location and hotel: 1. Unsurprisingly, there is a lot of construction in the area and so the entrance may be a little hard to find at first. But this is typical for Manhattan, so look up for the Hyatt sign as you approach the address. The entrance is just below the sign. 2. Besides breakfast, the hotel doesn't offer direct food options. You'll need to go out and look for a place to eat (no room service). At least certain restaurants come with a discount if you show that you're staying at the Hyatt.
