Unbelievably excellent, thorough service. Andrew is a straight shooter who adjusts his advice to your knowledge level and patiently gets to the bottom of your issues. His service is perfect for our small company and I find him honest and direct - and most importantly, he makes the problems disappear! Highly recommended.

i Have used New York Capital Technologies, LLC on a few occasions during the past few years. They provide excellent service. Andrew has been my go to guy and never failed me. If you need any computer related assistance, from a trusted company these are the people to go to. I like all the choices noted above - they are professional, provide good quality, good value and are responsive to your needs.

Fantastic service! My computer’s fan was making a terrible screeching sound. I contacted NY Capital Technologies and they recommended I replace the fan. After ordering a new part, I was able to get the fan installed within three days- much faster than Geek Squad. The installation was quick, only an hour, and Andrew, the technician that installed the fan, also corrected a high risk issue with my battery (lithium ion batteries are no joke!). All in all, a great experience, will be using them in future!

Andrew was very responsive, thoughtful, and helpful after I reached out about a personal computer issue I was having. He diagnosed the problem, highlighted the pros and cons of different options, and then laid out the best course of action. I had an extremely positive experience with NY Capital Tech and would work with them again.
